Dan Kuepers,
Production Manager
Dan joined Kuepers Inc. in 2006, and oversees the overall production of all construction projects and project management activities, provides direction and support for project managers, monitors subcontractors, and assists human resources with personnel decisions. He is also responsible for OSHA safety compliance. Dan graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Douglas Kuepers,
President
Doug Kuepers formed Kuepers Construction in 1974 and since then has built his company on the simple philosophy of treating customers well and providing a quality product. Doug has almost 40 years of residential and commercial construction experience. As a recognized member of the Brainerd Lakes community, Doug has been actively involved in its growth and development. He is also the owner and developer of several commercial, retail, and hospitality facilities. |
Steve Kuepers,
Executive Vice-President
Steve Kuepers joined his father at Kuepers Inc. in 1998. Steve oversees the daily operations of the company and the overall production of commercial and residential construction. Steve also assists with cultivating new commercial construction and has been instrumental in the development of affordable and multi-family housing projects. He has previous experience in real estate, specializing in appraisals, feasibility studies, and consulting. Steve has a bachelor of science degree from St. Cloud State University. He emphasizes and supports ongoing education for Kuepers employees company-wide. He is an active member of the Minnesota Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Board of Directors. |
