Building with Kuepers is fun, creative, easy, and flexible, but at the same time, professional, timely, and competitive. The most efficient way to plan and build is to start by visiting with Project Development. When you share your dreams and ideas with one of Kuepers’ experienced project developers, we will listen and guide you step by step from the pre-planning stages to construction completion. Having one go-to person to tie together several dynamics, such as design, estimating, zoning, and construction ideas, simplifies your project. You will be better able to make well-informed decisions early in the process, and in turn, streamline your entire building experience.

Your project developer will meet with you at your building site, in the office, or wherever it is most convenient for you, He or she will get your vision on paper and then make it a reality by bringing together the necessary people and resources to accommodate your specific needs.

Your project developer will remain involved with you from beginning to end; therefore, communication continues clearly and uninterrupted, keeping your project running smoothly.

Sean Kaneski

Director of Project Development

Sean brings over 12 years of sales experience to Kuepers. As the director of project development, Sean holds a background in sales management and development, making him an invaluable asset to the Kuepers’ team. Sean manages the sales side of the construction process and oversees the project development team, estimators, pricing, and client development. Sean earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Spanish, and International Business from St. Cloud State University.

Leah Heggerston

Director of Marketing

Leah strives to cultivate successful long-term client relationships through her work with residential clients. Leah’s 11 years of industry experience and knowledge of custom home design and construction, remodeling, and design/build commercial construction, make her an excellent resource for potential clients when it comes to getting their project started. Leah graduated from the College of St. Benedict, Minnesota, and keeps current with Continuing Education for her real estate license. She has served on several community boards and organizations.

Eric Carder

Project Development

Eric works with both residential and commercial clients on their potential construction projects. He has more than seven years of construction experience, including working on carpentry and concrete crews, as well as managing several large commercial, custom home, and planned unit development projects. This experience, combined with an extensive knowledge of CECO Steel Buildings and Timberline® estimating software, enables him to clearly guide clients through the design and construction stages. Eric earned his bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University.

Kristopher Solseth

Project Development

Kristopher specializes in custom home, residential remodeling, and commercial development projects. In addition to working as a project manager on various residential and commercial projects, his years of previous work experience in construction, estimating, property management, and real estate sales make him a valuable resource for clients from the beginning stages of their project through completion. Kristopher earned a bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University.

Amy Collins

Project Development

Amy’s vast business knowledge combined with her corporate, private and non-profit work experience make her a significant asset to the project development team. She understands the criteria involved in many types of commercial projects. Paying close attention to the specific needs of each client, Amy ensures that the right team is assembled to meet the project needs and that the client has the best information to make the decision to build with Kuepers. Amy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Saint Thomas and is a local member of Kiwanis and the Brainerd- Baxter Business Council.

Jeremy Adams

Project Development

Jeremy was previously the Production Manager at Kuepers Inc., where he was responsible for the overall management of all construction projects, scheduling field personnel, and maintaining OSHA safety compliance. With his wide familiarity of the building industry and understanding of customer service, Jeremy brings a wealth of knowledge to the clients he works with, getting them off to the right start on their project. Jeremy is a graduate of St. Cloud State University.

Lee Wangstad

Project Development

Lee's extensive background in computerized estimating has led to the development of Kuepers Timberline® estimating program. His experience encompasses a wide variety of project types, both residential and commercial. This experience goes to work for the client with clear and concise estimates allowing the customer to better gauge project costs during the planning process. Lee is a graduate of Dunwoody Institute and is currently a member on the board of directors of the Cass County Economic Development Corporation.

Dale Ditter

Project Development Estimator

Dale has over 29 years of experience in estimating. His previous work experience in the building construction industry makes Dale a substantial asset to the Kuepers project development team. Dale provides both residential and commercial project estimates. Dale is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a degree in Architectural Drafting and Design.

Ryan Blank

Project Development Estimator

Ryan provides both residential and commercial project estimates based on material and labor costs. His work includes preparing bids, consulting with suppliers and subcontractors, and determining cost-effectiveness of construction. Ryan is a graduate of the Architectural Construction Technology program at St. Cloud Technical College.
