The company now employs over one hundred multi-talented and experienced construction professionals and craftsmen. Our employees' skills and talent are reflected in the quality of our work. The employees'
commitment to safety has earned our company recognition from the Associated Builders & Contractors, receiving ABC's S.T.E.P. award for safety, Platinum level (2002 through 2006).

Education

In January of 2004, we began offering the Contren Learning Series to our employees. The training consists of a Core Curriculum, four levels of Carpentry, and two levels of Concrete, with each level progressing in degree of difficulty in scope and skills. These classes are instrumental in maintaining safety and quality in our work. Currently over 200 tests have been passed by our employees, with over 70% of our employees participating on a voluntary basis.
