This retail/office facility fell victim to the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s (MnDOT) new road plans as precious parking space and the main parking lot exit were eliminated. The major objectives were to resolve the parking/traffic flow issue, add value to the building by giving the building’s tired façade a fresh new look, and do so with minimal disruption to current tenants.
