Located in a high-visibility, high-traffic area in downtown Brainerd, the original layout of the building did not offer convenient customer service access. Visibility, identity, and accessibility were major factors in the re-shaping of this facility. Moving the entrance to the west side of the enlarged building offered off-street parking and access. Relocating the pharmacy to the new addition provides safer and more convenient customer service parking and accessibility. The additional space allows the pharmacy to offer services and products they were unable to in the past due to space constraints, including educational programs like flu shots and bone density testing to the public.
