Before construction began, Kuepers determined the needs and growth expectations of CTC. By dividing the project into four phases it enabled 100 percent of CTC’s employees to remain working in the building, and its systems to continue operation without interruption. Specific measures were taken to eliminate dust and maintain temperature because the environment housing CTC’s switches, routers, servers, UPS systems, and back-up storage had to be controlled and kept at the same temperature at all times.
