Our Home Permanent Supportive Housing is a rental town home development that provides affordable housing opportunities and support services for families. The project was a coordinated partnership between Central Minnesota Housing Partnership and Volunteers of America, with funding provided through local contributions, the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, Housing and Urban Development, and the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund. The building’s exterior features pre-finished HardiePlank siding, trim, and shakes for low maintenance. Each two-story unit has two bedrooms, two baths, an outdoor patio, and is equipped with washer and dryer. There is also one unit with handicap accessibility.
