The owners of Bar Harbor Supper Club wanted to construct a new, larger restaurant that would replicate the character and nostalgia of the original Bar Harbor while addressing the present-day needs of an expanded kitchen, dining room, and bar/dance area. Because of limited site conditions and restricted height requirements, the final design was a single story building. The architectural and interior design teams worked together to create tasteful, nautically-themed building, incorporating 70 years of history.
