This new 13,268-square foot state-of-the-art theater was designed utilizing pre-engineered steel construction. The interior and exterior design elements were incorporated to detract from typical steel building construction. Pre-engineered steel eliminated the load-bearing walls commonly associated with theater designs, reducing the amount of functional obsolescence if the building is converted to another use in the future. The exterior front façade includes simulated stone wainscot, stone/log columns, log truss accents, and half-log trim boards.
