This new two-story office building was constructed in the heart of downtown Brainerd. Replacing a partial city block of dilapidated buildings, the new building offers modern amenities, yet maintains the architectural integrity of neighboring historic buildings. The exterior is brick veneer with commercial glass windows and entry. The building also includes an underground parking garage.
