The original 3,640-square-foot home was expanded to 6,048 square feet. The master suite was relocated to the upper level addition for privacy and to allow for all of the children’s bedrooms to be together on the main level. Wood flooring was added throughout the great room, dining room, and kitchen to tie the three expanded spaces together. The new kitchen features custom cabinetry with granite countertops, a copper farmhouse sink, and a copper range hood. The original bedroom off the foyer was converted into a walk-in entry closet and a walk-in pantry with convenient access from the kitchen. The redesigned lower level consists of a family room with a kitchenette, guest bedroom, music room, and pool room.
