Solid planning and estimating makes for clear sailing ahead, and you will have your own personal guide from start to finish. Your Project Developer will bring you step by step through the initial stages, from planning and zoning laws to building codes.

We acquire the necessary permits to put your project in motion. We bring together our architects, builders, landscape experts, and interior designers to translate your vision into a building plan. We acquire competitive bids for each necessary subcontractor to ensure fair pricing. We present you with an overall estimate and timeline, complete with 3-D renderings of your project, virtual tours, and virtual flyovers of the site.

Once you have reviewed and approved the project proposal, we enter into a building contract with you. From here on out, your guide is one of our Project Managers, an expert in the sum and substance of the building trades. Your Project Manager supervises the overall construction project, freely consulting with you, your Project Developer, and the Kuepers design team to deliver the home or business you envisioned.
